    Constitution & Rules of the DCRP

    This modification has been approved by the DCRP to provide a revised version of the current Constitution and Rules and will implement the following changes:

    1. previously approved legal text changes as part of older modification processes,
    2. Revision to the voting rights for panel members to reflect the current panel membership,
    3. A general review of editorial changes (housekeeping)
    4. Assessment of any legal text with a gender specific bias.


    The revision of this document has been undertaken by the ENA with a panel of DCRP representatives providing expertise. The approval of this document will be at the decision of The Authority as agreed by the DCRP.
